Selling my campervan build that I wasn’t able to finish. It has a strong, thoughtfully done foundation with quality materials and careful installation, but there is still plenty left to complete. Ideal for someone who wants a solid starting point without tearing apart someone else’s finished layout.
Selling due to divorce.
I am the original owner. All service has been completed at the dealership. I just had it serviced a few days ago including oil change and inspection. Everything checked out great. The only thing noted was that the tires are getting close to replacement. I chose not to replace them so the next owner can select the tires they prefer.
It has the Ecoboost turbo engine and drives extremely well. Plenty of power and very comfortable on long trips. I’ve driven it to the East Coast and back twice without issue. It has never really been taken off road and has never been exposed to road salt.
Factory options include:
Power folding mirrors
Dual heavy duty alternators
Long range fuel tank
270 degree backup camera
Proximity sensors on all sides
Heavy duty tow package
Electrical (24V System – Functional but Not Finished)
The electrical system was installed so I could power tools and work comfortably during the build. It works, but it is not a completed turnkey camper setup.
High quality Victron based components that give you a serious starting point. The system still needs to be finalized and tailored to your layout and loads.
Build Quality
No self tapping screws were used anywhere in the build. Everything is mounted using plus nuts with 1/4-20 threaded hardware. No stripped sheet metal and no shortcuts.
Heating & Insulation
Diesel heater with under mount tank
Afterburner diesel heater controller
3M Thinsulate meticulously installed throughout
The insulation work was done carefully and thoroughly.
Interior & Comfort
Roof fan with cover and remote
Passenger swivel seat
Seat back covers installed
Insulated window covers
Van Essentials upper soft cabinets
Removable queen bed platform
Dometic 75L dual zone fridge/freezer
Starlink satellite can be included if desired
Floor
Floor is mostly complete. I never finished the adhesive, but it did not bother me. I spent about a week and roughly $2,500 in materials. The Lonseal vinyl layer can be removed fairly easily if you prefer to redo it.
Things to Know
Front windshield has dark tint and is scratched from a friend’s dog
Tires are close to needing replacement
Diesel tank needs to be filled slowly, but a full tank lasts weeks depending on temperature
Quarter sized exterior rub spot on the rear from a bike handlebar. Sealed and covered with a magnet
Needs a general cleaning from recent move
This is not a finished van. It is a well maintained vehicle with a carefully started build and quality components already installed, ready for someone to take it across the finish line.
