Luxury Hotel seeking to fill a Night Audit position. We are highly ranked on sites such as TripAdvisor, Expedia, and Booking.com; and we are committed to excellence and customer service. We maintain a small, close-knit staff of enthusiastic and personable employees.
Candidates must prove to be adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn. Candidates must have a background in customer service and/or customer relations. All candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required shifts are 11pm to 7am. Weekend shifts are required. Examples of posted position duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving calls, booking reservations and exercising critical thinking skills.
- Responding to all guest inquiries.
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude toward guests, patrons, and associates.
- Anticipating guests' needs and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
