HVAC Dispatcher – Join Our Trusted, Family-Owned HVAC Team
Location: On-site (No remote work)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Evergreen Home Heating & Energy is looking for a highly organized, people-focused HVAC Dispatcher to join our dedicated team. As a family-owned company known for its low turnover and supportive culture, we’re offering more than just a job, we’re offering a career with room to grow.
In this key position, you’ll be the primary point of contact for many of our customers and the central hub between our technicians and office staff. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities, including assisting with department maintenance accounts and collections, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to develop their skills and advance within the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Dispatch and schedule HVAC service calls based on technician availability and proximity.
• Communicate directly with customers, confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with the field and office teams to ensure timely, efficient service delivery.
• Track technician progress, handle rescheduling, and maintain real-time updates.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service outcomes.
• Support customer accounts and collections (with potential for growth in this area).
• Balance working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
What You’ll Bring
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC dispatcher or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and service terminology is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy helping people and working well with others.
• Proven ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to take initiative and grow into new responsibilities.
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
