What you will do:
We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Maintenance Technician for our 150 unit apartment community located in South Lake Union area of Seattle, WA. As a key part of the community’s success, you have a hand in every resident’s satisfaction. You are personable, talented, tech savvy and skilled with an eye for detail and quality with a pro-active approach to preventative work. Each day is different, suggesting the need to prioritize tasks, be creative and use the initiative to problem solve. Your professionalism and follow through with residents make you a conqueror! Will be on a on-call rotation.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday from 7:30am to 4:30pm

What you will Bring:
• Solid understanding of maintenance in the property management field, skilled in: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting.
• Highly organized to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with follow through and an eye for detail.
• Proactive approach to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after hour calls
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.

The salary range for this position is $28-30 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable: housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
