I design and create prototypes of your device or component. A vast array of products that I designed are currently being sold in the marketplace. Some in large volume. That is an indicator of the success you can also have.
MECHANISMS

If the design is already known and only needs refinement or prototyping, I do that too.
PRODUCTS I'VE DONE (ENOUGH TIMES TO SAY I AM PROFICIENT AT):
Handheld and medical devices, consumer products, machines, actuators, sealed electro-mechanical mechanisms, fixtures and tooling, microwave waveguides, health aids, sporting goods, tactile switch panels, yacht wiring systems, Metal structures & stairways. . . .
ELECTRONICS:
In addition to mechanical devices, I have vast experience generating & integrating electronic circuits and embedded firmware. I use state of the art electronic components and designs to assure your product will remain stable across a wide operating parameters.
If by chance, your product needs an embedded processor and to charge a lithium battery via usb or wirelessly, I have you covered.
MY TOOLS
I have newer design tools, 3D printers, and a long history of design successes, and a low-overhead workshop.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN:
If the look and feel of your product is important, I'm good at industrial design. Before the final design is set in stone, I can produce several (or dozens) of quick iterations to finesse the "look & feel" to flesh out the best, prettiest, cheapest, most reliable product, and to meet what the market demands and expects.
