I own a freshly founded creative company called Blue Limb Co. — a platform focused on music, film, live events, and community-driven experiences.
One of our main launches is a live event series called Major Vibes, but Blue Limb Co. extends beyond that into visual content, artist collaborations, and creative/interactive community building.
I’m looking for a sharp, proactive assistant who can help across all areas as things grow.
This is not a typical assistant role — I need someone who can think, create, and execute.
We’re in early stages but gaining momentum quickly (venue meetings and projects in motion), so this is an opportunity to grow with something from the ground up.
What You’ll Help With:
Managing inbound & outbound emails (artists, venues, collaborators, brands)
Researching and reaching out to talent (music, film, creative collaborators)
Assisting with booking performers and help coordinating creative projects
Light invoicing + tracking simple payments
Helping organize event timelines, content shoots, and ideas
Supporting community engagement (Discord, online platforms, etc.)
Occasional creative input (branding, concepts, visuals, overall “vibe” direction)
Who This Is For:
Someone comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
Strong communicator (clear, professional, and quick)
Organized and self-directed (you don’t need constant hand-holding)
Creative thinker with a strong sense of culture, music, and visuals
Reliable and takes ownership of tasks
Positive mindset — solutions > excuses
Bonus If You:
Have experience in music, film, events, or creative production
Understand underground / local scenes and emerging talent
Have done outreach, booking, or coordination before
Have basic design, editing, or content skills
Pay:
Per project / task (paid quickly upon completion)
Opportunity for consistent work + growth as Blue Limb Co. expands
