Most owners I work with want a website that mainly:

If you’re unsure about how much your budget should be, a general rule of thumb:
- a website build is usually around 1% to 3% of annual revenue
- ongoing website management and marketing is typically 2% to 5% of monthly revenue
Marketing here means things like landing pages, tracking, ads, content, and ongoing improvements. Ad spend is separate.
Once you have your budget in mind, send me an email or chat with:
1. type of business you run
2. your current site if you have one
3. main reason/s your considering a new/improved website
4. your website budget and/or marketing budget
I can take a look and we can schedule a phone or video call to discuss more.
Website payment is split into milestones: a deposit to start, a payment when the build is complete, and the final payment at launch.
After launch, If you decide to let me manage and market the site. I have month to month, quarterly, 6 month, and yearly retainer contracts. Longer contracts get higher discounts.
Contracts protect both you and me and include a money back guarantee if I don't provide all the deliverables needed.
Regarding taxes, I'll provide a w-9 form when we start working together and will require a 1099-NEC from you after the year is done.
I'm based out of WA, but almost all of my clients are out of state.
