About Us:
We are a growing IT services company specializing in on-site field service work. Our technicians travel to client locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware and networking equipment. We support a wide range of businesses, including retail, hospitality, and small offices.
What You’ll Do:
• Travel to client sites to perform IT-related tasks
• Install and configure network equipment (routers, switches, wireless access points)
• Deploy and set up desktop hardware (PCs, printers, phones, etc.)
• Run and terminate CAT5/CAT6 network cabling
• Collaborate with remote engineers and follow detailed instructions
• Document work performed and submit reports/photos upon job completion
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable transportation (you must be able to get to job sites on your own)
• Basic tools (e.g., screwdriver set, punch-down tool, cable tester, etc.)
• A ladder is a plus
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware installation or a strong interest in learning
• Ability to follow technical instructions and communicate clearly
• Flexible availability — jobs are offered as they come in; you choose which ones to accept
• Dependability — if you accept a job, you must complete it on time and professionally
Important Notes:
• This is not a full-time or salaried position. Work is on-demand and project-based.
• Ideal for freelancers, part-time techs, or those looking to supplement income.
• This is a field service role — if you’re looking for a desk job or remote IT support, this is not the right fit.
• No college degree required, but some hands-on IT experience or certifications are a plus.
