At Sunday, we're developing personal robots to reclaim the hours lost to repetitive tasks. We're focused on an ambitious goal to make generalized robots broadly accessible, enabling households to take back quality time.
We have spent the last 18 months building a talented team, securing capital, and validating our technology.
We are hiring a Memory Developer Onboarding Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for individuals applying to our Memory Developer program.
Memory Developers are remote team members who record structured task demonstrations from their own environments to train real-world home robotics systems.
You will be the gateway into this program.
This is not a corporate interview role. It is a high-presence, high-judgment position. You will conduct short video calls, assess fit, and set the tone for new Memory Developers from the very first interaction.
If you are strong on camera and naturally good at engaging people, this may be for you.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct 15–20 minute live video screening calls
• Quickly assess communication, clarity, and overall fit
• Set expectations around standards and quality
• Bring energy and engagement without being over-the-top
• Represent our culture with confidence and cool
Applicants should leave your calls feeling clear, energized, and respected.
⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻
Time Commitment
• Approximately 5 hours per week to start
• Expected to expand to 10–15 hours per week as onboarding volume increases
• Fully remote
• Flexible scheduling during normal U.S. business hours
• Calls are scheduled in advance and grouped efficiently

About the Memory Developer Program
Memory Developers train real-world home robots by recording structured demonstrations from their own environments. It is fully remote, paid, flexible, and part of a rapidly scaling robotics company.
Before screening others, you will complete 5–10 hours of paid Memory Developer work yourself. Understanding what contributors actually experience is essential to evaluating them well.
⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻
You Might Be a Fit If
• You have strong natural presence on camera
• You are comfortable hosting or leading live conversations
• You can read people quickly and adjust your tone
• You have experience in acting, presenting, hosting, podcasting, or live performance
• You generate excitement without sounding scripted
• You balance cool energy with clear standards
• You’re socially confident without being aggressive
Entertainment, startup, and creative backgrounds are welcome.
This role is closer to being a mission ambassador than a traditional interviewer.
⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻
Compensation
• Paid MD training hours at MD rates
• Screening work at $50/hour
• Growth potential as onboarding volume increases
We are looking for someone who can represent our standards, elevate energy, and make new Memory Developers excited to begin.
