Seeking Safe Overnight Parking in Seattle/King County

I’m reaching out to ask for guidance and support. Due to financial constraints, my two children and I will be living in our vehicle for the time being.
I’m doing my best to keep things stable and safe for them, and I’m hoping to find out who may have helpful information. If anyone knows of safe, legal places in Seattle or King County where women and children can park overnight without issue, I would really appreciate your suggestions.
I’m also looking for recommendations for low-cost or sliding-scale window tinting services in the area. Even temporary or DIY-friendly options would be helpful.
