This World War II Victory Collection D-Day Invasion limited edition commando knife was issued by the American Historical Foundation, number 205 of 2500. A stunning commemorative piece by Wilkinson Sword Limited in London, with both sides of the blade engraved: "Accept nothing less than victory!" on a banner with surrounding branches on one side and, "In honor of the D-Day invasion sixth of June, 1944" similarly styled on the reverse. 7-inch blade, 12-inch total length. Knife is numbered 205 just above the maker's mark with matching certificate of authenticity. It remains safely in its green velvet display box, in excellent condition and ready for presentation. ($650)
