This is everything that is pictured. I'm including a Fork Up adapter for a 20 mm thru axle (which we used to transport our full-suspension MTB tandem) and all the necessary brackets and hardware to mount this rack to stock Subaru crossbars.
This rack has a pivoting fork mount system that allows you to mount a tandem on the roof of your car without lifting the entire bike. You insert the fork blades in the rack, secure them, and then lift the rear wheel, pivot the bike onto the rack, and secure the rear wheel. Installing and removing the bike is a one-person job.
You can remove the wheelbase extension and use this rack to transport a single bike.
