Not really any restrictions with one exception.. can not destroy trees in low tide area. Erosion abatement restrictions on Mangroves, you selectively open areas on beach, not clear cut. As for improvements
There is a water system from waterfall that was originally placed by folks who filmed Survivor. They leased the property for a seasonal shoot. It would be a awesome fish camp..eco lodge area. Fishing is great, there are lots of birds, monkeys and more.
