1968 Columbia 28 Hull #513
Strong, Solid, Stiff sailor rigged for single handling. Structurally sound with many recent upgrades for performance, comfort, and safety. A regular at Duck Dodge. Sleeps 4 comfortably in large v-birth and port/starboard quarter births. All interior cushions have new foam and upholstery (some in heated storage and not kept on boat). AM/FM/CD player. Flat screen TV with DVD Player and RAM bulkhead mount. Dry inside and leak free (zero mold). Current registration and title in hand. Took some awesome overnight trips to Blake Island, Port Orchard, Bremerton, and Kirkland this year with zero issues. She is easy to single hand and in great condition for her age. Fully operational and ready to sail away with everything onboard needed for a trip today.
Purchased 3 years ago for $9,000 and have spent a lot on maintenance and upgrades... but boats are poor investments and she could still use some TLC. Our time and effort have mostly gone towards safety, soundness, comfort, and performance.
We are able to transfer slip in an awesome Lake Union marina on Westlake Ave N that has an owners lounge with bathroom, laundry room, ice machine, couches, cable TV, reading spaces, and small storage units.
