I don't know a lot about these, but what I gather is they are well regarded well made bikes. I'm not sure if this is a Sanchez or similar, but it is a nice looking nice quality frame set. It has a reversible wheel with a fixed gear to use for braking with your legs, and it can be flipped around to the freewheel on the other side so you can use it without having to pedal all the time.

The frame is chromoly steel that is flash galvanized so it doesn't rust and it gives it a unique look that's pretty cool.

I think they originally came without brakes but this has front and back brakes.

It is definitely a project. I think it needs the bearings on the front forks, and a lot of fine tuning with the brakes and everything. The chain length looks okay when the bolts are adjusted properly.

It is not currently rideable and definitely going to need some work. But it has the potential to be a really great bike. I think these sold around 600 bucks and were designed by the same person that designed the bianchi pisa.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and you are welcome to come check it out. I think it's a good project for the price if you're ready to do a little work.
