This is a portable display counter. It's pretty good design and fits into a carrying case with handle like suitcase but also wheels for easy rolling around.
The case relies on a plastic base, a thick fabric like a commercial carpet piece that forms the body of the counter, and then a plastic medium piece and the second shorter section of the same fabric and a top. This provides for a small counter space on the inside as well as on top and a matching piece to cover the opening.
It is in good condition and looks nice as it is. You could get a banner that would fit and wrap around it that could be attached and that would look nice. But it is functional as it is.
