If the French had this oven in 1789 the revolution wouldn't have happened. They would be too busy scratching their heads trying to figure out how to feed a natural gas line and electricity into this time warped machine from the future. Once they figured that out, they still would be too busy eating baguettes and tourtiere to bother with the lack of cake. Tu mange pain? Oui. These machines are big, but they are smaller than their competition. If you need to make anything crispy and tasty this is what you should buy. If you need to make a lot of crispy and tasty things, See our double stacked ovens. There are some caveats to buying this machine, but if you can physically fit it in the building, it's worth it.
