Artist Studio & Gallery available in Upper Fremont - barter / $0 (Upper Fremont Village)

(Artists of modest means encouraged to apply, no cost at this time, barter system to be involved.)
This is like a co-op style space, people contribute and help out and we stay out of the capitalism system as much as we can (while still paying the utilities and maintenance costs)
Main gallery is a temporary space for about a year with space to create when not in use by events.
We plan to move down the hill to another space in 2026
Space is also available for rental events, parties, etc. Next door is all construction or empty
There is also potential to share the Fremont Art Garage next door with 1 other painter, next to our house
We also have a venue a block away with a tower studio available (many stairs to access)
and a Gallery that is seen by many event goers
Art or craft items in gallery is all sold direct by artists, Gallery asks for 20% to cover costs
Not a fully secure space, artists take on all liability

- link to your art
- short info on why you need a space
- how many years creating
- if you identify with any group that has been marginalized or not given a fair shot
Must be professional career style artist, attempting to make a living or partial living with your art, music, creations, workshops, productions, etc.
Space is also available for private events, public workshops, small shows, etc.
