One studio opening up in April. This studio is located on the NorthWest corner. Most of its natural light coming in from the West.
Great lofted storage and high ceilings.
Studio18 artist collective is a small community comprised of fine artists and multidisciplinary practices including photography, textiles, natural dyeing, small scale sculpture, painting, and digital arts.
We are a peaceful, accepting and supportive community.
We expect the same in return and do not tolerate hate. Only good vibes welcome.
NO LIVE INS.
24/7 access.
Wifi, utility sink in communal space, free parking.
Building is very safe and secure.
The building is very noisy so keep this in mind. Theres is a large forge in the building as well as music practice spaces throughout the building, however this space is not conducive to live music practices.
There is no 240v in this studio.
2nd floor, no elevator.
