The artist is Guillaume Azoulay. You can find a ton of information about him on the internet. The artwork is an etching which is signed, titled, and annotated A.P. (which means Artist's Proof) in pencil. Anyone familiar with this artist will recognize his signature style. The etching plate mark is 9 3/4 x 11 1/2 inches. The etching is handsomely framed and the frame is 18 1/2 x 22 1/2 inches.

The title is Stepping Out and is a portrayal of horses and riders.
