Stay cool in the heat!

We used this unit for four summers and no longer need it, so maybe you would like to give it a good (to cool?) home! An equivalent 10,000 BTU unit new is typically $300 + tax.

As for the unit, it can reliably cool an area in the 300-400 square foot range. When we were not using it, it was dried out and then stored to avoid being exposed to winter freezes.

You will receive the unit in its original box for safe transport and easy storage. Additionally, a metal overhang bracket is included at no cost to support its weight for a window installation.
