Liberty Bank Building provides 115 affordable apartments at 24th and Union in the heart of the Central District. It was a community-led development built on the site of the Liberty Bank. Liberty Bank was the first black-owned bank in the Pacific Northwest, founded as a community response to redlining and disinvestment in Central Seattle.
