About the community: Welcome to Pride Place, 118 units of affordable housing for seniors 55+ in the heart of Capitol Hill. Located in central Seattle just two blocks from the Capitol Hill light rail station, Pride Place is mere steps away from several grocery stores, First Hill medical centers, a variety of dining options, and green spaces such as Cal Anderson and Volunteer Parks. Pride Place is designed to be an affirming environment where LGBTQIA+ elders and allies can age in community. GenPride, a nonprofit focused on serving LGBTQIA+ seniors, operates a community center on the ground floor of Pride Place that provides specialized programs and services.
Pets: Pets as well as emotional support, companion, and service animals are allowed in all Community Roots Housing buildings. Some restrictions may apply to certain types of pets.
