The unit has a very large entry closet and bedroom closet, and large patio. Reserved parking is very affordable but there is also plenty of free street parking. Property managment is quick with repairs and any other needs with online portal/app for rent and communications.
We were allowed to paint upon moving in, unit will be repainted to white unless you request to keep paint as-is.

On the border of Maple Leaf and Wedgwood, this unit is surrounded by quiet neighborhoods, several restaurants, and a couple breweries. Only 5 minutes from the freeway and 10 minutes from the Northgate lightrail station. We have found it a very ideal location for getting anywhere from downtown to Lynnwood/Bothell!
