The Application Fee is currently $44 for each future resident 18 or older. The Application Fee can be paid online with the online application or it can be paid in the office by a Cashierâs Check or Money Order. No cash will be accepted.
The Holding Fee/Deposit is $400, which we will ask for once the application is approved. Upon move in, the Holding Fee/Deposit will go towards the Non-Refundable One Time Administration Fee and the Refundable Security Deposit.
The Non-Refundable One Time Administration Fee is currently $100.
The Refundable Security Deposit is currently $300. An additional amount may be required based on the screening.
Renters insurance is required at this property before keys can be issued.
W/S/G Utilities are by 3rd Party billing and based on unit size and occupancy. Electric billing is directly through SCL.
No cash will be accepted.

b. You are welcome to fill out a hard copy application provided by the office.
2) Application Fee of $44 for each future resident 18 or older
a. The Application Fee can be paid online with an online application, or
b. The Application Fee can be paid by DC/CC, Cashierâs Check, or Money Order. No Cash.
3) Income verification documents
a. 2 pay cycles of paystubs showing combined monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent listed below, or
b. Qualifying Section 8 Voucher plus qualifying income documents for remaining rent.
c. For self-employment: Most recent yearâs IRS Filing and last 30 Days Bank Statements.
4) Holding Fee/Deposit of $400 in the form of a Cashierâs Check or Money Order payable to the Chateau, or online Debit Card/Credit Card payment. No Cash.
a. Upon move in, the Holding Fee/Deposit will go towards your Non-Refundable One Time Administration Fee and your Refundable Security Deposit.
