Available now: First floor apartment in two-level home with two outside entrances and large windows. We, the owners, live upstairs. Peek-a-boo views of the Cascade Mountains from the bedroom and access to our large wooded backyard. You'd enter into an open living/dining/kitchen and enjoy a large bedroom with a spacious closet. The kitchen features updated flooring, twenty-four inch range, full-sized refrigerator and a secret pantry. Bathroom with shower has an updated vanity, lighting and features a heat lamp. Electric heaters were recently upgraded in the living room and bedroom. Wireless internet, shared laundry and garden space privileges included.

One owner is a musician, so regular bursts of loud sound come from the drum room during mutually copacetic times (generally Tuesdays at 8pm and other times during the week). Two young children live upstairs and will definitely be heard between 6:30am and 8pm everyday if you come share our little piece of paradise!

You'd enjoy a quiet dead-end street with friendly neighbors and a 12-15 minute walk to the Othello light rail station, as well as nearby MLK, Rainier Ave and Beacon Ave bus lines. Non-refundable: $45 background, employment, credit verification fee per person, and which you pay directly to the screening service.
