We are seeking a climber and a groundman to join our small arboricultural team.
The reporting work area is in Olympia. Most work is residential tree pruning and removals in the South Sound region.
Pay ranges from $22–$45 per hour based on skills and experience.
A CDL with an air brake endorsement is desired, but not required.
Part-time, year-round work is available. Typical schedule is Tuesday–Thursday with a 7:30 AM start time.
Responsibilities include:
• Tree climbing and rigging
• Chainsaw operation
• Brush dragging and cleanup
• Operating chippers and other equipment
• Assisting with safe job site setup and teardown
• Warm, patient disposition for client engagement
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
