Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities:
* HVAC technician in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial systems
* Perform basic diagnostics, ductwork, and component replacement
* Handle tools, materials, and safety equipment properly
* Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience (installation or service)
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
✅ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
✅ EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Strong communication, punctuality, and attention to detail
