We are currently hiring for an experienced FOREMAN/ Construction Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Candidates should be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Position Responsibilities
• Foreman must have prior crew leadership experience
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and crews
• Operate excavation equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret site plans and grade stakes
• Perform trenching, grading, utility excavation, and site preparation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
• Experience in excavation and heavy equipment operation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Must be able to pass a driving abstract for insurance purposes
Compensation
• DOE (Depending on Experience)
• Competitive pay / 75% of our work is prevailing wage
