We are looking for an organized, proactive Construction Manager to supervise our residential projects from planning through completion.
The Position:
This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM). Your time will be split between our office and active jobsites around Thurston County.
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 / hour
Bonuses: Quarterly production bonuses based on project performance

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule & Coordinate: Manage schedules, subcontractors, material deliveries, and permits to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Field Management: Supervise field crew and our Production Administrative Assistant. Act as the main link between project developers, trades, and subcontractors.
Budget Tracking: Monitor labor hours, track project budgets and allowances, assist with progress billings and work with Controller on project profitability.
Client Communication: Conduct regular site visits and meetings to keep homeowners updated on progress and milestones.
Quality & Safety: Lead field staff meetings, coordinate inspections, and handle final customer sign-off.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing teams and projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple job sites at once.
Excellent communication skills—someone who can confidently and professionally work with clients, field crews, and subcontractors alike.
Must have a valid driver's license and be legal to work in the U.S.
