I have been doing remodels, house flips, and home repairs for over 35 years. I do good work at below industry pricing. I have every tool for just about any job on home remodels and repairs.
I recently finished a new construction home from sheetrock to completely finished. Thats complete bathrooms kitchen, trim , paint, flooring doors, you name it. Customer is very happy and willing to talk to anyone interested in a reference.
I have also done thousands of feet of various fencing and decks. Landscaping, various flooring, trimmed out whole homes , countless window and door replacements, tons of painting, sheetrock, sheetrock repairs, and texture work. My many years of experience has taught me to be an efficient problem solver. Every job seems to have one or two unique challenges that are easily overcome with the right tools.
There is a huge demand for Air B and B rentals. So if you have space to be converted there is income to be made. I have turned Barn lofts to apartments, Garages converted to studios , or create an RV rental space. I have done all of it numerous times.
