Home built square drop camper. Like new condition. It has been in storage most of its life. It has propane stove, microwave, and toaster oven. A sink, cooler, camp toilet and extra storage are all located in rear compartment. Inside are portable DVD player, portable electric heater, and radio. The table inside has a marine post that is telescopic and removable. A four fold mattress covers the floor with table removed. Lots of interior lighting with a reversible vent fan. Electricity is supplied by a small portable generator, dual lead-acid batteries, 100 watt brief case style solar panel, and an inverter for microwave use. All windows vent and RV shore receptical is outside for easy grid hook-up. This campers accessories are all new and not built in permanently. I must have minimum of 24 hours to arrange showing since it is in a storage shed with full time security. I will also include a magnetic portable Bluetooth back-up camera. There is a roof rack and levelers installed. Weight is 1480 lbs. I have towed it with a 2006 Subaru. Price is negotiable when appliances are not wanted.
