Tiny House for sale. "The Prairie Dog". Built in Texas in 2018. It measures 8" x 30" not including the tongue. Interior cabinets and wood work are all varieties of exotic wood. Heat pump for heat and A/C. New TV for loft. New Mattress for Murphy bed in back bedroom, (not even out of the box). Propane Hot Water on Demand Tankless Water Heater. The interior has a fresh coat of paint which is a different color than the video, its now a minty green. Most of the countertops including the fold down table in the back room are all hand crafted and sourced. Full size claw foot tub. This would make a wonderful work from home studio that would be perfect as a guest house as needed. It is NOAH certified.

Ok so here's the downside: Texas lost the trailer VIN. We have the original VIN number and the original bill of sale from the builders, but now it will have to get re-inspected and re-issued in Washington state in order to get a new title. The price reflects this.
