ABOUT THE CURRENT INHABITANTS (YOUR POTENTIAL FUTURE HOUSEMATES), THE HOUSEHOLD, AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Owner lives in this home and is an employed professional who works weekdays from home. The other housemate is also female. Owner’s 9½ year-old female Labradoodle is very friendly and sociable. Household is pleasant, peaceful, quiet, active, outdoorsy, people and eco-friendly, creative, clean & tidy, health conscious and into intentional and balanced living. The neighborhood is also calm, peaceful, and quiet.
ABOUT YOU: You will be able to provide proof of income of at least three times the amount of the monthly rent; able to pass a background check; and you will have excellent housemate and landlord references. Sorry, no more pets.
I much prefer a longer-term house mate to a shorter term one, but am only asking for a month-to-month commitment.
