Looking for a very cheap/free abandoned building in western Washington

I'm looking to acquire an abandoned building for an upcoming renovation project I'm involved in. If you or someone you know owns the lease to a lot with a building in western Washington state that is abandoned or in disrepair, I'd love to take it off your hands. My budget is extremely limited so I'm looking for a free or near-free price tag. I'd also be open to doing a work trade in exchange for the lease, such as helping clean out the lot if you're looking to get rid of detritus.
