I am 30 year old male in shape currently seeking a job framing custom homes .
I have five years of experience in construction , ranging from basic carpentry/remodel work , some finishing , cement(mucking, screeding and grading) , roofing and also pre engineered metal buildings .
Understand layout also, square ,true and plum.
Can plumb and line walls do layout , when I worked in Alaska framing I had multiple houses pass framing inspections including shear wall diaphragm and roof sheathing inspections .
I have all my basic hand tools , a skillsaw , router saw,multi tool,drills ect..
I also have some finish carpentry tools and wouldn’t mind learning higher end custom cabinetry or trim/ crown molding . I get how to build cabinets just haven’t really gotten a lot of time on job sites to do it .
I know how to calculate rafter lengths / cut rafters with compound miters , know how to install floor joist , different kinds of framing hardware ect
I’m located in Centralia and have reliable transportation.
** I know I’m located in Centralia but if there is a legit frame to finish job out there that involves working on a legit crew putting up big projects I’m willing to get an air bnb in Seattle ***
