I bought this radio new in February and installed it myself in my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Never had any issues when I traded in the truck in August. I pulled this out. It comes complete in a box with all cables and accessories, plus a few extras I bought, including an adaptor for the OEM GPS antenna.
