However, they are purchased with our Bill of Sale with our Yard Vehicle Number, as we turn the Titles in to the State of Washington because we are an Auto Dismantler/Auto Wrecker and NOT a Used Car Dealer. These vehicles require a Washington State Patrol Inspection to Re-Title! I have been told that State Patrol just started inspecting vehicles locally in Hoquiam.
