There are many security options that we provide for our customers including; 24-hour video surveillance and electronic key pad access with personalized codes allowing us to monitor the facility, extended access hours 7:00am-9:00pm every day of the year. Heated buildings helping to prevent moisture and mildew. We are the only facility in the downtown Olympia area.

Our access hours are 7:00am-9:00pm 365 days a year and we are here to serve you 6 days a week from 9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday and 10:00am-5:00pm Saturday.
We offer a 10% Senior, Military, and Boeing discount. There are no deposits, just your 1st month’s rent and a one-time $10.00 administration fee that gets you set up in our security system and billing system and free online access to your account via our website. We do require renters or home owners insurance. You are able to provide your own, or purchase Insurance through us for $16.00 per month for $5,000 of coverage. We also sell locks for $14.99 and have a variety of moving supplies for your one stop shopping needs.
