Two beautiful offices are currently available within a Class A office suite of 4 offices (plus a lovely waiting room and sizeable kitchenette).
Take one or both. One office (A) is roughly 12x12, the other (B) is about 12x14.
The two offices are offered furnished or unfurnished. The waiting room and kitchen are fully furnished.
The other two tenants are neuropsychologists with mostly online and part-time practices, ie, they are rarely there and virtually have no in-office clientele.
If the offices are wanted furnished, they are currently tailored to a Doctor of Acupuncture type practice. However, there is flexibility based upon need.
All utilities aside from fax and phone are included in the price. (You will have to provide your own, separate wifi router for privacy purposes.)
