What You’ll Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll:
- Manage customer accounts, coordinate job paperwork, and ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Collaborate with our outside sales team to gather essential information for credit approvals and timely payments.
- Prepare quotes, enter job details into our systems, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring all job requirements are met.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years in administrative, customer service, or sales support roles; manufacturing or construction experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office).
- Professional, customer-focused, and a team player with a can-do attitude.
