Local independent financial firm in Centralia looking for a customer service focused individual to assist in all aspects of brokerage operations and client service. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in client customer service, skilled ability with computer applications, proven attention to detail, excellent communications skills and willingness to work in a professional environment that requires appropriate dress. Duties will include answering telephones, preparation for client meetings, greeting clients, computer entry for servicing client accounts, maintaining literature, making appointments, assisting with occasional seminar preparation and mailings. Securities licensing would be a plus.
