Everything works, you're welcome to plug in and test. That being said, it is disassembled and in a couple boxes at the moment.
All the pieces are there - drum pads, pedals, cables, computer box, frame, etc.
This does not come with a drum throne or any sticks. As an option, I can sell a mixing board and amplified speaker with this kit so you have a full PA system. $650 if you want the speaker and mixing board as a combo set.
