Position Purpose
The Assistant Director for Integrated Marketing oversees and manages college-wide marketing and advertising to advance Evergreen's high-priority goals in attracting students, reputation building, and general communications. With a keen sense of how to tell Evergreen's compelling story in ways that inspire prospective students, and in close partnership with Evergreen's Director of Admissions, the position is responsible for directing and allocating resources for complex marketing strategies and projects for student recruitment and enrollment. With current understanding of best practices in higher education recruitment, the position oversees, creates and targets traditional and digital content.

This is a full-time, overtime-exempt position on the Olympia campus of The Evergreen State College. This is an "at-will" appointment, exempt from Washington State Civil Service rules and the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime requirements.

Salary and Benefits: $5,343 - $6,947 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
