What the work looks like:
Assisting with chicken/turkey processing (plucking, evisceration, cleanup)
Hands-on, physical work—expect to be on your feet and working with your hands
Working alongside a small, supportive crew in a positive, team-oriented environment

Our farm in Shelton, WA.
Compensation:
$20/hour
Who we’re looking for:
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard
Comfortable with farm processing work (experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train)
Must have your own transportation to the farm and show up on time
This is a great opportunity to work on a local regenerative farm and learn more about how pasture-raised food is produced.
