Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to work as a hands-on field professional on residential and commercial projects. This role is task-driven and focused on quality workmanship. This position does not include crew management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform hands-on construction work across multiple phases of a project
* Follow project plans, scopes of work, and schedules provided by management
* Ensure work is completed to code and company quality standards
* Identify issues, material needs, or delays and report them to management
* Maintain job-site organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Qualifications
* 5+ years of construction experience
* Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
* Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
* Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
