Established and growing landscaping company in Olympia is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated leader who takes pride in quality work and can manage a crew efficiently each day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise a maintenance crew daily
Maintain commercial and residential properties
Mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and general landscape upkeep
Read and execute work orders accurately
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Landscaping experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Ability to read work orders and prepare necessary tools
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong work ethic
Able to lift up to 80lbs and work outdoors 6–8 hours daily (rain or shine)
Good communication skills
Punctual and reliable
Reliable transportation
References required
