HVAC Technicians and Helpers (Bremerton)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
Complete all tasks in accordance with Randy’s Heating quality and safety standards.
Be accurate and timely with all installation paperwork, invoices, time cards, and estimates

TECHNICIAN:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of residential & light commercial HVAC systems
Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service manuals, vehicle stock, vehicle appearance and vehicle maintenance
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
Keeps current all manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
Provides technical support to customers
Excellent communications skills on phone and email
Pleasant and upbeat
Ability to resolve conflict without reacting inappropriately
Flexible with dealing with different people/situations
Teamwork
Ability to recognize customers' needs and to assist them
