Looking for a rental for two sisters (roommates for 20+ years) long-term. We would like a clean 2-bedroom ground level apartment or duplex. We’re hope to find a landlord who wants responsible tenants.
Steady incomes
We pay rent early and great rental history
Excellent credit ratings
Non-smokers – no drugs, no drama
Respect our neighbors
Keep our unit clean and uncluttered
We have 2 fixed, vaccinated non-destructive indoor female cats
who sleep all day – quiet and clean

Seeking
Ground level Two-bedroom apartment or duplex (unfurnished)
with 12 month lease
Refrigerator, stove and dishwasher
Washer/dryer hookups, in unit or on-site laundry
Laminate flooring, carpet okay in bedrooms
Please no roommate or house-sharing situations

$1,200 total per month (firm) rent
and include pet rent and any monthly utility fees required.
Will pay our own electric, internet/wifi/cable
Can pay deposits upfront
Have renter’s insurance

Looking to move end of April or anytime in May
Want to live closer to family
