I am searching for a duplex or small house, absolutely not interested in an apartment or room mate situation. Rent hikes have taken their toll on me as it has many others.
I am a non smoker, no pets, work a lot. quiet private person. I own one vehicle.
I need a 2 bedroom minimum with a garage or storage, for work gear and tools and the place must come with at least washer and dryer hook ups, which is why an apartment doesn't quite work, I can do with a one bedroom if there is in unit laundry option and garage/storage option.
I will not rent a room, I am not looking to be a guest in someone's home I need a space of my own.
I can afford $1300 a month. My pay has been the same since 2021, I do not have the incredible pay rate that can sustain current thurston county rent spikes.
